ASSIGNMENT LOCATIONS:
	Location #1: MAIN ENTRANCE - 2 - 3 volunteers per shift Do what? Ticket Sales / Volunteer Check-in / Prize Redemption
	Location #2: BASH! HOSTS – 3 – 4 volunteers per shift Do what? greet, answer questions, and engage people in activities, be alert to problems, fill in anywhere there is a need. Activities to oversee include - Air Hockey, Foose Ball, Volley Ball. Point out special events and contests.
	Location #3: CARNIVAL GAMES – 5 – 6 volunteers per shift Do what? take tickets, run 10 games, give tokens for prizes, make it fun
	Location #4: DUNK TANK – Team of 3 – 4 volunteers per shift must sign up as a team and include at least one person ready and able to be dunked. Do what? Get people interested, take tickets, run the game, get dunked, keep it clean and politically correct!
	Location #5: CABRINI CORNER – 3 - 4 volunteers per shiftFace Painting / Tatoos Too / Moon Jump – Do What? Paint faces, apply tattoos, take tickets and carefully monitor children using moon jump.
	Location #6: DIRK’S DRINKS – 2 - 4 volunteers per shift Do What? Make Tropical Slushees with our signature umbrella. Take tickets and give out - Pop, Water, Slushees, Help take tickets at the CHILL GRILL if needed.
	Location #7: MIDWAY TREATS – 2 – 3 volunteers per shift Do What? Make popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones, take tickets.

	ASSIGMENT QUESTIONS:
	1) SHIFT: Will you work one or two shifts? Which shifts are you available?
	2) LOCATION: Indicate your 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd choice of Location by number.
